Choose the task you need help with, or email shaduraa.g@gmail.com. Support is provided by Ruslan Shadura, developer of BodyLog.

Start a measurement record

Use the measurement guide to choose a tape position and unit before recording a value. BodyLog supports metric and imperial units. If a number looks unexpected, check the displayed unit, selected body area and date before entering it again.

The app supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18.6 or later. If the App Store says your device is incompatible, review its operating-system version and the current store listing.

Add or compare photos

BodyLog supports in-app capture, import from your photo library and side-by-side comparison. The photo overview explains the options; the photo setup guide helps you repeat a session.

For an import problem, tell support whether you used the camera or photo library and what happened after selecting the image. You can describe an issue without attaching a body photo.

Apple Health

For missing or unexpected records, start with Apple Health troubleshooting. It covers supported types, permissions and identifying a record’s source. Read the Health feature page if you are checking compatibility before installing.

Pro and purchases

Use restore-purchase help when an existing purchase is not recognized. The pricing page explains where to check current offers and Apple subscription controls.

Data, deletion and changing devices

Read data-management help before removing records or replacing a device. For privacy questions, use the same email and describe the request in words; do not include your measurements or photos unless they are needed to investigate and you choose to share them.

What to include in a support email

Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, BodyLog version, the action you took and the result you expected. Quote any error message. For a purchase issue, name the purchase type and say whether Restore purchases showed an error. Never send your Apple Account password or full payment-card details.
