These terms cover the BodyLog app and website resources provided by Ruslan Shadura, developer of BodyLog. By using them, you agree to these terms, subject to your mandatory rights under applicable law. Questions can be sent to shaduraa.g@gmail.com.

Personal use and app licence

You may use BodyLog and the downloadable logs for your personal, non-commercial tracking. Do not redistribute the app, resell the website’s resources, bypass purchase controls or use the services unlawfully. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the licence governing the app.

App Store distribution and app licensing are also subject to the terms presented by Apple for your download, including its standard application licence where applicable. These website terms do not replace Apple’s purchase conditions or any applicable app licence.

Free features and Pro purchases

BodyLog is free to download with optional Pro purchases. Available features, limits, prices and offers are shown in the app and purchase screen. The site does not promise a fixed free limit, price, trial or discount.

Pro options may include recurring subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Availability can vary. A lifetime option is not an auto-renewing subscription; its scope is the Pro access described at purchase. Review the displayed features, price, billing period and conditions before confirming.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the conditions shown by Apple before purchase. Manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription through your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Removing the app or deleting records does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles payment and Apple-billed refund requests. Refund eligibility follows Apple’s process and applicable law; these terms do not exclude statutory refund rights. See Apple’s refund instructions. For missing access to an existing purchase, use purchase-restoration help or contact support.

Guides, tools and your records

The guides, converter and blank logs help you record information. Check units, dates and entries before relying on a result. The app and website do not provide a medical diagnosis or treatment, and no fitness or health outcome is guaranteed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

You control the information you enter and the files you download. Review your records before deleting data or changing devices. See data-management help for the separate controls for app data, Apple Health and purchases.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website resources are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. External services, including Apple’s services, operate under their own terms.

Privacy, changes and contact

The privacy policy describes data handling and the website’s optional analytics choice. Accepting these terms does not grant consent to optional website analytics.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Any additional notice or agreement required by applicable law will still be provided. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase under its applicable conditions or mandatory law.
