Use restore-purchase help if the app does not recognize an existing purchase. Restoring access is a different task from making a new purchase.
Manage a subscription
For an Apple-billed subscription, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the subscription to review or cancel it. Apple’s cancellation guide explains the available controls.
