If BodyLog does not recognize a purchase you already made, try restoring it before purchasing again. Apple says eligible subscriptions and non-consumable purchases may be restored from the app in which they were bought.
Try Restore purchases
- Open BodyLog on the device where you want to use it.
- Look for Restore purchases in the app’s purchase screen. BodyLog’s published subscription screen includes this action; other offers may have a different layout.
- Follow any Apple prompts and note the result or exact error message.
Make sure you are signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. If nothing happens, Apple also suggests checking that in-app purchases are allowed and restarting the device. See Apple’s restore instructions.
If access is still missing
Email shaduraa.g@gmail.com. Include the BodyLog version, device model, purchase type and what happened when you tried to restore. State whether the purchase appears under the Apple Account you are using. Do not send a password or full payment details.
A restore request concerns access to an existing purchase. It does not establish that a new purchase is needed or that a refund has been requested.
Cancel an Apple-billed subscription
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select BodyLog and review the available cancellation control. Apple’s cancellation guide explains what it means when a subscription already shows an expiration date.
Request a refund
Apple handles refund requests for purchases billed through its store. Use Apple’s refund instructions to find the purchase and submit a request. Eligibility depends on the purchase and region; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
See pricing and purchase options for current-offer guidance, or return to BodyLog support.
