Before deleting records, removing the app or changing phones, identify which information you want to keep and where you can still open it. For a BodyLog-specific deletion, backup or recovery question, email shaduraa.g@gmail.com before taking an action you cannot undo.

When you are changing devices

Keep access to the old device until you have checked the records you need on the replacement. An app download, an Apple Health connection and a restored Pro purchase concern different parts of your setup. Restoring a purchase should not be used as a test that measurement or photo records have also transferred.

Tell support whether you still have the old device, which app versions are installed and whether the missing item is a measurement or photo. Avoid removing the remaining copy while investigating.

Review data in Apple Health

Apple Health has its own record controls. Open the measurement category, choose Show All Data, and inspect the date and source before changing an entry. Apple’s Health data guide explains deleting individual Health records and managing Health data in iCloud.

Check the effect in the system where you made the change. If your purpose is to remove information from both BodyLog and Apple Health, describe both systems in your support request; do not assume one deletion control covers the other.

Change Health permissions

Apple lets you review an app’s read and write access from Health’s profile and privacy settings. Follow Health permission help if you want to change access or investigate a sync issue. Permission controls and record deletion are separate tasks.

Ask about deleting BodyLog records

Say whether you want to remove one entry, a photo or all records. Include your BodyLog version and device type so support can give instructions for that version. You do not need to send the underlying measurements or photos to ask how a control works.

For a privacy request, use the same contact address and name the app or website in your message. The privacy page contains the published privacy information when available.

Purchases and records

Use restore-purchase help for paid access and Apple’s subscription controls for cancellation. Contact support if the task you need is missing from these instructions.
