HEIC decoder — licenses and corresponding source

The photo comparison tool uses libheif-js 1.23.5 by Kiril Vatev, an Emscripten
build of libheif 1.23.5 by struktur AG and contributors, with libde265 1.0.15
by struktur AG and contributors. The libraries are distributed under their
GNU Lesser General Public License terms. Full license texts (including GPL and MIT texts) are available below.
Copyright notices are preserved in the corresponding source archive.

The upstream decoder is unmodified. Vite bundles it into a separate worker
asset that is fetched from this website only when needed. User images stay
in the browser. Downloading the decoder does not upload an image.
